1. How can I buy from Motoprofet?
You can browse different products by navigating through our category tree (found on the left side of the page) or using the search bar (found on top of the page).
You can add products to your shopping cart by pressing the „add to cart“ button, which is attached to every product. To continue to view your cart content or checkout, press the „cart“ button (found in the top right corner of the page next to a gift bag icon).
To continue fill in the billing details, choose a delivery method (or local pickup) and pay for the order with available payment options.
2. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay by bank link, bank transfer, Paypal, Credit card or with installments provided by Buyplan.
3. Is my credit card info safe?
As we are governed by the laws and regulations of the Rebublic of Estonia and fall under the juristiction of the Europe Union you can be sure to trust us. If you feel you want extra safety, you can always use Paypal.
4. What delivery options are available?

5. Is it possible to pick up purchases by myself?
Yes, as soon as your order arrives, we will inform you via provided e-mail address or phone number. Our address is Raudtee 12-2, Saku, 75501, Estonia. We are open Monday-Friday 10:30-16:30.
6. Which countries do you deliver to?
All countries in EU.
7. Can I track my order?
Not yet, we are working on it.
8. How can change or cancel my order?
Once you have checked out and paid for your order, there isn’t much we can do. But you can always e-mail us to email@example.com to double check!
9. I haven’t received my purchases, HELP!
Are you sure you checked out correctly and paid for the order? Our systems always sends a automated confirmation e-mail once the payment is done. If you have done everything correctly, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your issue and we can definately look into that ASAP.
10. I ordered wrong size, how can I change it?

11. I received a broken/wrong item.
Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with good quality pictures of the broken item. In case the parcel´s packaging has been damaged during delivery, make sure to take a picture of that too before opening it.

13. How can I return purchases?
Fill in the return/withdrawal form and ship the form together with the item to our address (Raudtee 12-2, Saku, 75501, Estonia).

14. Where can I get a return form?

15. How to find parts for my bike?
First click on the yellow „Search by make“ button (found next to the search bar and on top of products). Next insert your make, model and production year, then click the „ Search“ button and there you go!
16. Can I order something that is not on the site or is out of stock?
Yes, there are thousands of products what we haven’t been able to upload yet, so just click the „Request a part“ button (https://motoprofet.com/part-request/), fill in the slots and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Same goes for out of stock items.
17. How long will it take to receive my purchases after payment?
It depends on the shipping methed chosen and your location. Within Estonia usually 3-5 business days. You can see approximate delivery time when checking out.
18. How to choose right clothing size?
Most brands have size charts included within product images, but if you can’t find it, we advise to type into Google.com „Brand name size chart“
19. Do you sell gift cards?
