Description

Shell construction utilizes a highly advanced molding technology with a multi-composite combination of 3K Carbon, uni-directional carbon composite layer and aramid fiber layer.

This combination of layers provides improved strength and efficient energy dissipation, radial strength around the shell preventing compression and critical penetration protection.

The epoxy resin bonding offers the best possible strength and energy management; limited outer shell deflection means the energy spreads wider and is better absorbed by the EPS liner.

Liner construction is formed with multi-density EPS polymer giving inner helmet better energy absorption performance and shape offering close and comfortable fit.

Incorporated patented height and adjustment system allow helmet to be tuned exactly to the riders preference for the height and angle at which the helmet sits on the head.

Micro-adjustable pad connected to the helmet's inner shell allows raising or lowering the helmet fit and also, to tilt the helmet forward, or backwards.

Visor release system ensures secure mounting while riding any conditions, in case of impact the visor detaches reducing leverage and rotational accelerations that refers injury to rider's neck and spine.

Base of he helmet has been sculpted to give a relief section, where the bottom profile is raised to clear the collarbone also featuring base pad that sits over collarbone for further energy absorbtion.

Polypropylene formed chin-bar allows a degree of lateral deflection.

Emergency Release System(ERS) side cheek padding can be extracted efficiently and safely while the helmet is still on the rider’s head allowing ease of removal post-crash.

Helmet is designed to allow ‘Eject’ inflation system to be fitted into the inside crown of the shell that allows safe emergency removal.

Air vents incorporated into the shell with the visor design directs concentrated and smooth airflow into the shell.

Hydration system compatible lining design includes canals which allow a tube to be incorporated on either side of the shell.

Removable liner is washable and features a cool-max fabric interior also featuring TPE coating washable surfaces for freshness, durability and ease of maintenance.
